They are very professional, urban fox is the only AC company that I recommend for my customers. I know the owner for... many years, they are very professional and on time. We can't describe the top professionalism and honest diagnostic we got from this company when assessing the issues we... have and the way they solve them out totally. We approved the estimation and the job was performed in time. No more leakages nor erratic function of the thermostat. The outer unit is working normally as well.We'll give them more than 5 stats.Did I mention that the price was very accommodate (in comparison to other quotations we got ?). This company is very unprofessional. They show up at your house without an appointment and then claim that you owe them... even after you never called them in the gate. My property manager for the unit I rent called them in. I was billed for a fee when I did not even schedule with them prior to them coming. I spoke to my property manager and they sent them over without even telling me they were coming. So because I didn't answer they are passing the fee to me even though I did not approve the time.read more
